  • I say the group isn't kaput until people stop posting. I'm applying for the Peace Corps, and just got invited to serve in Paraguay!!!
  • I'm 24, and tracking pretty well these days. I lost 40lbs, but gained it all back because of anxiety and binge eating... Anyways, I'm starting over and looking for friends
  • Neat idea, and definitely needed! This is day one of re-losing weight for me too!
  • I just looked on this thread for the first time in a while! I still struggle with binge eating, but reading these posts helps. I feel lucky to have you guys on my side!
  • Also, pay attention to your nutrition! If you are restricting your calories, you HAVE to eat nutrient-dense food otherwise you will feel terrible.
  • This happens to me too! I eat emotionally, even if I don't realize it at the time. I have eaten upwards of 6,000 calories in one sitting before, so... That was bad. Sometimes I tell myself I am doing it to get rid of 'temptation' for the future, but I know it's not healthy. If you can, I would say to log everything you…
  • I definitely agree to that!!! Also, about the stepping on scales thing, remember that all those little changes can be due to neutral/good things. • Definitely useful! I've been trying to come up with portable snacks, but canned soup sounds like a great idea. It is weird that my school's meal plan doesn't include lunch, but I do have access to a microwave. Thanks for answering!!!
  • Honestly, to me water tastes better. Diet soda isn't worth it to me. If I want soda, I'll go out and buy the real thing! My policy is everything in moderation. It's working so far! Besides, what about all those scientific studies about how soda will make you hungrier/ cause health problems due to weird chemicals?
