Yes. It got wavy and then curly. It's the damage caused by hair dryer, processing and chemicals. Straight hair follicles are round. As they get damaged, they become oval shaped which is curly hair follicle shape

Potatoes are the problem not the frying. Potatoes have a Glycemic index of 92 compared to table sugar which is 53. If you are going to eat the hash browns, just enjoy the fried ones. You won't be doing any better with the steamed ones.

Many ladies in the gym will not use heavy weights because they are afraid of looking like female body builders. I keep telling them that they will never look like that unless they have testestrone and lift for 6-8 hours a day and eat 4000 calories. It seems to be some kind of mind block that women have against weights

Hi Valerie, I completely agree with you. I turned 46 last year and hit menopause. OMG! I had always prided my self in that if I put on weight, it was in the right places. But now, all the weight is on my belly! WTH? I look like a middle aged man. Lost my butt and about to lose my boobs :-(

Agreed. I wish this myth were removed from public minds

If you were insulin sensitive in the past, I suggest you eliminate low GI products and stick to meat and veggies. I had the same issue and it worked after eliminating fruits and carbs

I did log it under strength training. Doesn't give any calorie deficits at all

I love Gripads. They are easy to take on and off. They have a thicker padding than gloves. You don't sweat with Gripads like you do with gloves.

Why doesn't this program credit any calories for strength training? I know I'm burning calories when my heart is racing and I'm breathing heavy. Yet it credits you for sit-ups and slow walking which don't even make me breathe heavy
