I'm going to Waffle House tonight and I know you can get steamed hasbrowns there and really, they aren't sooo bad for you. So. I wanted to know if they were even any good. Who has had them? What did you think?

Potatoes are the problem not the frying. Potatoes have a Glycemic index of 92 compared to table sugar which is 53. If you are going to eat the hash browns, just enjoy the fried ones. You won't be doing any better with the steamed ones.

The steamed are better actually. 1/2 the calories and no fat. I'm cool with indulging in on some potato. Just wanting to know if they taste good.
