I forget what she called it, but I've made the broccoli slaw "pasta" and her faux fried buffalo wings. Also made the onion rings YUM! I know I've made a few others, but I can't remember which right now!

wraps!!!! I fill them with whatever I have. chicken, tuna, deli meats, lettuce, spincach, onion, peppers, corn whatever! It's quick and easy and one is sometimes way too much. I also bring leftovers, or a simple PB&J when I'm out of time.

Make sure you wear shorts/pants/capris that are long to keep some of the friction off. Also, there are anti-chafing products out there specifically desinged for this. Google it, as I cannot think of the names of them right now, sorry!

Hi team. I havent been on much this past week. Had a very stressful week at work and my uncles funeral. Spent a night at my parents which is carb city, so eating wasnt great either, and my weigh in shows it this morning as I am up :(

I normally take the stairs at my KP building, but I have to admit to taking the elevator DOWN 1 floor, then back up. Why? I had just had a procedure done and wasn't 100%.

Just thinking about Chipotle is making me drool! I get a bowl too, have them add TONS of lettuce to make it a sort of "salad" of sorts. I try not to have it so often as the sodium is high (as it always is when eating out), but I can never stay away for too long!

meatloaf cupcakes is just meat loaf made in a cupcake tin for portion control, then topped with mashed potatoes as 'frosting' with food coloring. mmmm.
