I struggle a lot with migraines and other headaches. in person is best, but when i first started i got a DVD by gaiam with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden. Then I got Rodney Yee's Yoga for Flexibility and Power Yoga. I highly recommend a DVD with Rodney Yee. (and let's pretend that didn't rhyme lol)

i quit my job late 2009 and spent six months in bolivia the first half of 2010. it was one of the best things i've ever done. it was definitely worth it.
