I drink La Croix all the time it has no sweeteners. It hasnt hurt my weight loss, its just another way to get your water in. :drinker:

Stop stressing it that releases hormones that will cause you to want to eat. Also drink lots of water and eat. You have to eat. Drink plenty of water today because Chinese buffet =high sodium. Try to eat foods not covered in sauce. Good luck:drinker:

I struggle with this also, I really believe that as long as the sugar is from fruit and not refined its ok to be over. I try to get my sugar from fruit and really only ck it if I know I've eaten something bad.

Honestly you have to learn to tell yourself no and mean it. Moderation doesnt seem to be working right now, so you may have to go cold turkey and gradualy add in stuff.

I do not have a HR monitor but I workout at curves and their computer tells you how many cals burned at end of work out. I then only enter half or a lillte more depending on how I think I did. then only eat back part of that. Its not science but it seems to be working for me.

GO TO THE MEAL OR SNACK YOU WANT TO POST IT TO. SCROLL TO BOTTOM OF LIST TO CREATE A NEW FOOD. ENTER ALL INGREDIENTS AND AMOUNT. PLUS NUMBER OF SERVINGS, IT WILL GIVE YOU THE TOTAL CALS PER SERVING WHEN YOU PRESS DONE. I USE THIS ALOT AND IT IS GREAT.

Anything you get at the local bakery. Flakey pastery, cupcakes, scones, fresh bread. I swear I could eat those things till I feel over dead. Cannt b normal

I'm a sweet junkie too. Lucky me there is a bakery on my block. When I cannt stand it any more I'll go get one cupcake, it's like total heaven. If i'm gonna eat it I want it to be worth it. I do limit myself to 1 maybe 2 a month.

I cannt tell how big a guy you are from your pic but you may need to start with more cals then slowly decrease afte you develop good eating and exercise patterns. 1700 cals a day for a guy could be to little.:smile:

I find inspiration from looking at peoples diary. Always see stuff I would never have thought of or put together.

I feel your pain. I live in alabama and it's 97 today. Just reading this post made me want to eat! I have found a great protein shake w low cals and put it in blender w ice and almond milk. I make a huge shake out of it. Then I read a good book from the library( I haddnt been to a library since I was in school) . Good luck…

I know what you mean. I used to eat out alot and now food from restaurants is always too heavy and greasy. P.S. chocolate will never taste bad:laugh:

Thats the kind of man they invented super glue for. You are soooo much better off now. This is a great site it has helped me loose over 30lbs and my sister has lost over 60lbs. :happy: Life will get a whole lot better with him gone. Good luck
