Big congrats to you!! What's hungry girl?

So how do I figure out my NEAT and EAT?
-
Wow! Thanks so much:flowerforyou: . I'm not so confused anymore. I didn't think there was so much to learn about losing weight. The more I learn the better my chances of keeping it off and making this a lifestyle and not a "diet".

I'm 5'5" and I keep revising my goal weight as I get there. I'm currently 155 wearing a size 12 (ish). I think I'll be happy once I can fit into size 8-9 but again, I'll probably revise that. I really need to find my happy place.

I just started a weightloss competition recently and I almost cried when I weighed myself 2 days before "that time". I had done everything right and I was up almost 4 pounds!! I hadn't even factored in that this might happen. I am so glad to read all of your comments because now I know it's not just me. All I have to do…
-
That's amazing! It just goes to show that an end goal isn't always about "winning" because you have already won! Great job!!
-
Bumpity bump...awesome job everyone!

I put them on whole wheat thin bagels (dempsters). That's my favourite thing in the morning. Or on crackers with imitation crab meat on top...yum! I never even thought to put them in my eggs...going to have to try that.

I'm thinking a new bikini wardrobe to go with a trip somewhere with a nice hot beach...and delicious Coronas.....and fresh sea food....and desserts with no calories. Ok back to reality! But seriously, bikini wardrobe.
