I'm 5'4" & my goal is to get down to 140-130. Started with this sight a few months ago @ 248, but really didn't keep track, just weighed a day ago & I'm down to 223, so I have a ways to go & need all the support I can get! My family is being so AWESOME & supportive! I started tracking everything this morning & plan on doing every day! I WILL SUCCEED!!0

I thought maybe 125, I won't know until I get there. Maybe 130. I guess it depends on what that looks like. Sorry I'm not much help0

I'm currently at 150lbs. I'm pretty athletic and because I run and lift weights I'm pretty muscular and lean. I like where I'm at but I'm working on my abs because I want the six pack. So we'll see how they look when I get to 140lbs. Almost there....0

I'm 5'5, and currently fluctuate between 175-180. My goal for the next couple months is 150, but my long term goal is to get back down to what I was when I graduated high school, which was 130. I've gained almost fifty pounds since then, and it's only been two years, so I need to get back down now, when it's easier for me to do so than it will be after I settle down and have bigger priorities. I figure if it was that easy for me to gain the weight now, it'll be even easier when I'm older, so I really feel like I should keep that in check.0

Ya know, I was really thin when I graduated high school; my prom dress was a size 5 and I had to buy extra-small clothes when I left for college...at the time, I weight 115 and my doctor told me that I was underweight for my medium-frame. So, that being said, I am shooting for 130-135. But like others have noted, we'll see when I get closer. We all know muscle weighs more than fat, so if I look fabulous and I'm at 150, hey, why not??0

Originally was 160lbs and now I'm 133lb. I'm happy with this weight. I'm now trying to tone up and get a bit of muscle definition happening0 -

I'm 28 and 5'4" and my goal is around 125. I'm currently 148, but started losing weight when I was 189.0

I'm 5'3" and my goal is 127. I have 28 lbs to go. Down from 172 to 155 so far0

I'm 5 4.5 am aiming for 133, but will see how I feel when I get to 140 ( I got down to this many yrs ago before fell pregnant wih my eldest). Weight has been up and down but never got back to this weight due to having my kids. I may decode to go below 133 but until I get there I won't know.
Hit 40 next October so I would like to be fitter, leaner and healthier.0 -

I'd like to be at 120. Right now I am about 126.0

I'm 5"4. My initial goal was 80kgs / 176lbs but now I'm closer to that I will aim for between 70-75kgs / 154-265lbs. I will see how I feel and look as I go though, I'm a natural hourglass and I'm focusing on losing fat but also building muscle, which will obviously skew my weight higher.0
