This is the best post! I totally agree with everything you have said. Take care of yourself! You do not deserve to be talked to like that! You are more than a sounding board for what ever problem he has. Best of everything!! Big hugs. It's not you, it is so not right and should be a huge red flag when he tells you not to…

I sit at a desk also! I try to walk to the bathroom that is way down the hall. I try to walk on my lunch break at least a mile. I'll take the steps when I go up or down stairs for something. Never take the elevator. But, most of the time have to sit at my desk. Any little bit I think helps! Good luck!

I'm so sorry you lost someone that you cared so deeply for! And congratulations on your awsome achievement on moving on and loosing the weight you have lost! You deserve a BIG WTG WELL DONE!!

I tore my achilees tendon and I had to only do upper body exercises for a LONG time. I lifted weights. I had to slowly add stuff back. A stationary bike was the first thing doctor let me do. Then I got to do some swimming. Be careful, and I hope it heals fast for you! I was in the boot for 19 weeks and months before it…

With my first son I was only 22 years old. Had never been around anyone that had been in labor but my best friends sister. She was in labor 42 hours with her first and 30+ with her second. So I thought that was "normal". So, I had one contraction at 9pm and my water broke at 1:05. I wasn't in a hurry to get to the hospital…

I'd try a low carb diet. You'll need to monitor your readings closely. But, it helps keep my husbands sugar really under control well.
