eating something that I think is ok and logging it and then thinking oh my goodness! How and why did that have that many calories and carbs in it. Exp. a single servce cup of cole slaw at chick fil a. 360 calories and 19 carbs ... really? I could of eatten the whole head of cabbage for that and still had calories left!

I like breakfast too. To me it is an important meal. I eat a protein filled breakfast everyday. Make for a good day for me.

I'm pear shaped and I have to loose 20 lbs to go down a size also. I'm 5' 7 1/2". I don't know if height has anything to do with it or not :happy:

My breakfast has to be full of protein. Helps fight the mid morning hunger :). Most mornings I eat bacon and eggs for breakfast. yum

Watch your sodium, cut down as much as you can. I don't salt anything other than eggs. If you don't add sodium to your tickler and check it out. Keep an eye on it a few days and see if it helps.

I think listening to your instincts is the best thing. If it happens again go/call to the police. Better safe than sorry. I also agree with some of the others, don't walk by yourself, maybe change your routine, keep an eye out for things that don't make sense.

Hey you can friend me and look at my meals. They are very simple. I don't eat that many carbs. grilled lean meats nuts eggs fish cheese green veggies

I had mine on Friday! Waiting on results. It's about the 10th or so that I've had. I've only had one come back with a shadow that was ruled out as being nothing. I'm so happy for you and totally agree with your decision to take both. I would do the same thing!

I guess it depends on the person. But, for me YES!!! If I don't eat breakfast I find myself being hungry all day and making bad choices. I start out with a high protein breakfast I'm good.

I think that finding someone who can help with marriage counseling is going to be a must. Maybe there is a church that you could contact that has someone that works in marriage counseling if you don't have the money for one. Just a thought. You need to learn to like yourself again.
