  • This is all some great info. I am thinking I might have underestimated my activity level and just didn't want to eat these extra calories and not burn them off to start some weight loss. I love the fitbit and MFP, I think I just need to adjust to the two being connected :) I am used to entering in everything

  • Thank you! I thought 1200 was a little low myself but obviouly I have been eating to much or I wouldn't be here :) So do you think I can use the calories it adds back on from my total steps based on my fitbit?
  • Thanks.. I am sending you a friends request now. I finished day two yesterday and this week doesn't seem to challenging for me but I know the next few weeks will get rough! I am determined and I feel great after a workout :)
