Hi, I love my wine and still managed to loose a good amount of weight so far. Like you I drink a few times a month, but then it will be a bottle or 2.. Put frozen berries and fat free thick greek yoghurt in blender. Add sweeetener to taste and you have a wonderful home made "frozen yoghurt".

If you have a problem with push ups on your knees, you can always try to do them standing. Stand up, lean forward and grab with your hands on to the back of a sofa or armchair and do the push ups that way.
