kettlebell results

Iv started a new routine of kettlebell workouts (30 min fitness blender begginers workout) plus a plain cardio for low impact (iv got bad knees, and if I do too high an impact I can be unable to bendfor days/weeks) I aiming for 4 days a week of 1-1.5hrs workouts a week. This will be my 2nd week of the new workout routine.
Iv read that kettlebell workouts can be great for toning so Im wondering if anyone here has had good results? Im looking to lose inches more than weightloss as Im aiming to lose about 3 inches from my waist and 2-3 off hips. Im going to slowly work up to harder kettlebell workouts from fitness blender soon, Im using a 7.5kg weight at the moment.
Any adivce or stories of success are very welcome

I found for me that Kettlebells worked my arms, back, buttocks, legs and that the results were fairly noticeable quickly. I did kettlebells for 1 1/2 weeks and my results for the entire month were improved tone in the buttocks and back area.

Thanks for replying. Im more pear shaped so my bottom half is the problem area so that needs to tone up and lose some fat.0

HI,
I started kettlebell workouts on the 21.2.2013 and train with them about 3 - 4 times a week. First I did the Fitness Blender Beginner Workout, lately I just do the swing for about 250 to 400 reps with an 8kg bell.
I am generally eating healthy and walk the dog every day for an hour.
I measured and weighed myself then and today and have lost: 2kg of weight. Thigh -2cm, hip -6cm, waist -3cm. ( 2.5 cm is 1 inch). So for exactly one month this is quite an incredible result.

I have a lot to lose, so the numbers will seem kind of shocking, but I've been eating right and doing kettlebell circuit training for two months and I'm down 30lbs and 45 inches. Of that, eight inches is from my stomach and I lost six on each thigh). I use 15lb, 20lb, and 50lbs. I workout with them every other day for 20-30 minutes. I absolutely love them.1
