awesome :) real glad someone has volunteered to be captain of the reservists. I honestly would have done it, but my working hours can be erratic and long and I've got the memory of a sieve!

good advice. It will probably be your plantar muscles that need "releasing" - they can get tight for a number of reasons, including wrong size/wrongly fitting shoes. sports massage of your legs might help too, as well as the chiropractor.:bigsmile:

are you logging your exercise calories and are you eating most of them? I don't think you're eating anywhere near enough. on days when I exercise hard (most days) I eat about 1800-2000 calories

hospital - now! sounds like the antibiotics can't cope with the level of infection and you need something much stronger, maybe via IV?
