HELP :( i cannot add all the figures on a spread sheet ,as i am using my phone . i adjusted my figures knocked 200 cal off my total , no school run and no jog this week practically no exercise , only slow walks now and then and I am up nearly 3 lb , not sure what to do . i be doing something really wrong , not sure what to…

I have not done either for few days now with not feeling too good .I started no more trouble zones .I quiteliked it as it has a lot off toning .weights etc and not as much cardio as 30 day shred .I really need to getback into itsoon x

age is only a number you are prob very fit with all the exercise and gym work ,dancing you do .I know some people half my age struggle to walk up the hill without huffign and puffing ,all we can do is keep at it ,surely it will benefit us x

i use them in my porridge and shakes love them .not sure about side effects but i have had only good benefits .i suppose anyone with health concerns should be careful what they eat if it can affect certain conditions x

i had a march thread quite a few did it and some fab results . i missed a few days but hooked on jillian now so once i feel bit better Will becontinuing doing her work outs during April . clothes fit better and fitness has def improved
