I know these posts are old but they're just what I needed. id just started to see some results but then had a weekend away where there was nothing but bad food options!! Felt demoralised but now intend to do as advised above... Thank you

Thank you, just knowing there's others going through this with the same issues is good. And yes I have to switch all my meals, so keep running out of ideas. I'm trying to go low carb.X

Sorry for the confusion, I'm saying last week an hours zumba said I'd burn 700 calories this week it says an hours zumba will burn 1440 calories?
