Hi, having managed to change my eating habits for a week, I know I have a long way to go, but my usual attention span is two weeks, so I'm hoping I can get some positive vibes going for when I waiver in a weeks time!! Hope it's all going well for you all out there :-)
Hi, I've been using this for about a week and think its excellent but I'm confused, when I entered my zumba class last week it said I burned 700 calories, this week for the same amount of time it says 1440. I've had this with the dog walking. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?? Thanks
