Hi, having managed to change my eating habits for a week, I know I have a long way to go, but my usual attention span is two weeks, so I'm hoping I can get some positive vibes going for when I waiver in a weeks time!! Hope it's all going well for you all out there :-)

I am very similar! I'll do great for a few weeks and then have an off-week. It's normal! I also have to switch up my daily lunch/dinner pretty often or else I'll get bored (for some reason I can eat yogurt every day for breakfast and never get sick of it, but every other meal I gotta switch up. Good luck and keep up the great work0

Thank you, just knowing there's others going through this with the same issues is good. And yes I have to switch all my meals, so keep running out of ideas. I'm trying to go low carb.X
