  • Another one here! I lost around 1.5 stone since becoming vegan, but as it was an ethical decision, I wasn't focusing on health. Now, I'm fanatical about fresh fruit and veg! Dive in to nutritionfacts.org and stack your plates high with as much veg as you can :)
  • We build in a "cheat meal" once every 10 days or so. One meal satisfies any lingering wants, without a whole day's worth of crap. But to be honest, we end up not wanting it. We love fresh, healthy food now. Fast food is to me, what a quinoa salad is to a lot of others :-)
  • Just started week 2 of T25 and I'm loving it! Having a structure to the week and someone else telling you what to do seems key to just focusing on getting your workout done. Would love to add anyone else on the T25 train! :)
  • Harry, that is an excellent starting point! Many of the 5K training programmes (couch to 5K, etc) have a goal of getting you to run 5k in under 30 minutes, so looking at your time, you should get there very quickly. Try using a C25K app if you would like a structured way to do it. Nice one!
  • I always have this problem too - starving hungry when I get home from work! Last week I forgot my lunch (falafel wrap with humous, cucumber, spinach and mango chutney - my favourite!) and it was waiting for me in the fridge when I got home. It TOTALLY worked!
