I'd do 15 minutes of weights and 15 minutes of boxing. But for me boxing is the only cardio I ever do and my stress reliever. If I only have 30 minutes to work out I'm probably stressed out or overwhelmed and I need the stress relief.

I don't eat Greek yogurt normally but I've used it as a sauce on chicken or pork. I use a teaspoon of milk and honey to thin it out and make it sweeter.

Where are you getting your information from? On Subways website it has the calories listed, the Italian bread is 210 calories, and none of the other breads are listed at 280 calories and the only cheese that's 40 calories are the cheddars on the entire sandwich, not just one slice.

Haha I'm sorry! I knew that, I just had a complete brain fart from not sleeping last night. As soon as I hit reply I knew my error and couldn't get back in time to edit it. I'm embarrassed now.

When I get super nauseated and it's not from an illness something overly sweet helps. Like a drinking a sprite and having some hard candy. Which is strange, because if I'm not nauseous overly sweet things make me nauseous. Also saltines and toast are always the perfect go to staple for nausea.

I love Subway. I either get a Veggie Delight with all the veggies minus jalapeños, no cheese, and a dash of oil and vinegar or a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki with all the veggies except jalapeños, provolone cheese, and a tiny amount of the teriyaki sauce. Both I get on the 9 Grain Honey Oat bread. The best day of my life…

I'll be 24 in a month, 5'5130lbs. My exercise consists of biking, going to the woods with my boyfriend's dog and walking, and attempting to jog. What's your goal weight?
