Also just wanted to tell you after phase 1 you start eating good carbs so whole grain whole wheat things only. You also get fruit which tastes like candy after 2 weeks of cutting sugar and more dessets.

they are sooo good. I just bouhght them yesterday and have managed to have 1 a day. I still feel guilty like its too much but its my only sweet treat of the day. Its a big difference from the half a bag of truffles or half pint of haagen das ice cream everynight habbit I use to have :)

reading the first few pages of this has gotten me confused. When I signed up for MFP and entered my current weight and goal weight it told me to lose 1 lb a week I should be eating 1200 cals a day.
