Trying to lose 5 pounds in 2 months

I've been trying to lose only 10 pounds within 5 months ... well, I only lost 3 pounds so far... I can't seem to lose more weight... i would like to lose another 5 pounds in 2 months when my wedding is...i work out 5-6 days a week, at least 30min - 1 hour cardio each time and about 30-50 min. weight... but still can't seem to lose the last 5 pounds... i eat healthy, no fast food, no fried food, a lot of vegetables, i'll keep a food log, etc... any ideas how i can lose 5 more pounds til the end of May? Thank you!

    You'll get more responses if you open your diary and post your stats (i.e. starting weight, goal weight).

    Have you taken your measurements lately? With all that exercise you should be getting smaller, despite not seeing the scale move. Keep up the hard work! You may yet see the pounds drop off. It sounds like you're doing most of it right from what you are saying. Make sure you're drinking enough water, especially when you're working out. Try intervals in cardio, or increase your weights when your lifting. Cycle your calories, where you eat more some days and less on others. These are things that I've heard of before than might help. Those last 5 pounds are tricky!
  • Try the south beach diet phase 2 since you dont have much to lose.
