By the way I am now hiking, dancing, moving much better but have a long ways to go. Just keep moving even if it's in the swimming pool walking or floating. The moment you stop moving is when your progress slows down.

I think what they are really asking is how do you stay motivated? How do you keep exercising and eating within a calorie goal?
