Looking for a buddy to do daily check in for this week 10/22–10/29. The idea is we will be like a supportive coach for each other. Others on this thread can become daily support coaches for each other too! Copy and paste below:
10/22:
First day! Hi _____ , I'm excited to be your support buddy this week :-)
1. What are your long-term fitness/health goals?
2.Did you have a New Year's resolution regarding fitness? If so what was it and how far along are you with reaching that goal?
3. What is your monthly fitness/health goal?
4. What are your Fitness/health goals for this week?
5. What is your reward for achieving this weeks goals?
6. What is your fitness/health goal for tomorrow?
7. What will you do to ensure this happens?
10/23-10/28 Daily check in :

1. How did you do with today's goal? Was it achieved?
2. If so, what motivated you do this?
3. If not, what got in the way? What will you do differently tomorrow?
4. How do you feel?
5. What is your goal for tomorrow?
6. Congrats on _(goal achieved) and logging into MFP today! <Or> Congrats on logging into the MFP today! I'm sorry you had a tough time doing ___(goal they wanted to achieve)__ . I look forward to checking in with you tomorrow for Day #___ :-)

Last day! Hey ______,

5. Congrats on _(goal achieved)and logging into MFP today! Reward yourself with ________! You've worked hard for it. <Or> Congrats on logging into the MFP today. I'm sorry you had a tough time doing ___(goal they wanted to achieve)__. Next week is another great opportunity to work towards that reward!
6. (Give your buddy positive feedback about something you noticed they did well this week.)
7. It was a pleasure being your coach this week! And thank you for supporting me! If you would like to continue doing this let me know :-)

Just to clarify, both people will trade off being coach and client. Copy and paste the transcript into a daily personal message. Let me know if you're interested in being my coach/client/buddy! Excited :-)0

I've had people personally message me and so far I found someone for this week and next but let me know if you're interested in being my coach/buddy for future weeks.Also feel free to comment on my post and maybe others will want to be your coach/buddy for this week.0
