My whole body I wish I looked like my sisters:/

2-3 times a day, my meals are usually around 600 calories and I have no problem with that, I like big meals.
-
I would suggest sticking to this for at least eight weeks then reassess. I have a similar story, I've suffered with anorexia from the age of six, I'm twenty one now, thankfully I'm in recovery, but when I was admitted into hospital in 2011 I was on a 2500 meal plan and gained just over two stone in around three months,…

I work at a nursery, I work with 2-3 year olds. I'm constantly running around, I love my job:)

Lemon drizzle cake, love carrot cake too yumm

If you've hit a plateau, it could be that you're not eating enough especially as you said you're not eating your exercise calories back, I'd suggest upping and then reassess in a month's time:). Online calculators are just estimates at the end of the day, your tdee could actually be higher or lower, you just have to…

I'm 4'10" and currently 100lbs, aiming for 89lbs but these binges are really taking over:/

This is what happens to me also, if I have to wait for my food when I'm hungry I binge. The only thing you can do is stay positive and keep trying, this is a battle and sometimes we won't win the battle but that doesn't make us failures, it's a hard battle but just keep going, we will get there xx

Eating healthily:/ I mean don't get me wrong, I love healthy food, it tastes amazing, but biscuits still taste that little bit nicer, damn chocolate digestives:( haha.

I always shower before going for a run

Can I join please?

I started binging about four-five months ago, been in treatment since summer 2011. When I first started binging, I fasted as a way to compensate for the extra thousands of calories I was taking in but that made matters worse because the binges became a daily battle. I feel I've matured these last few months and I realise…

Female 21 4'10" CW- 99lbs GW- 89lbs Number of calories you eat- 1500-1900 daily Number of calories you NET- I don't worry about my net, my exercise is factored into my tdee, but I don't burn more than 300 calories through exercise daily. Number of calories you typically burn each day for exercise AND if you eat them back-…

I'm twenty one, and to be honest, my intake's been all over the place over the last few months. I'm recovering from purging type anorexia, but started binging four months ago, so I'm trying to tackle the binging now too. Seems like my tdee isn't 2000, but actually around 2250, I'm now aiming to eat around 1800-1900…

I used to purge and water fast (recovering from purging type anorexia and started binging three months ago) but I haven't purged in almost two whole months. Now, I either cry, workout, listen to sad music or go to sleep. Once I've forgiven myself for the binge, I carry on as normal, or I try to, I'm trying to not fast the…

I don't emotionally binge, I binge out of hunger. I suffer from purging type anorexia, I'm in recovery and started binging three months ago, do I still need to get some willpower? To the OP, binging can be caused by restriction so make sure you're eating enough daily, you're sleeping enough and are drinking enough water.…

Do you two talk about it openly? That's the key to recovery, having a strong support system, and talking does help alot, I'm always talking about how I'm feeling. I understand anorexia and bulimia are slightly different but if trying to lose weight is a trigger then as hard as it is, focus on learning to love your body and…

I suffer from purging type anorexia, was first diagnosed with anorexia when I was six and purging type anorexia when I was sixteen, I've been ill all my life because of it so I think I understand where you're coming from. When you were in recovery, were you receiving help? Is that help still available for you? I personally…

I'm more sweet than savoury. I've had to give up peanut butter, toast with sweet spreads, certain yoghurts, all chocolate, cereals, biscuits, cakes, I can't eat a normal portion, I've tried but it never works.

I'm from swindon, feel free to add:)

I have decided to continue with my current workout routine, and I am only going to weigh in once a month but take my measurements once a week. I am going to eat at my estimated tdee(2050), as I'm hoping this will put an end to the binges, and I'm hoping maybe I might still lose something despite eating at tdee but we'll…

I'm so nervous to give it a try, I'm worried when I finally weigh in in three weeks time I'll find out I've gained so much even though I know from experience my maintenance is around 2050:/ I saw your thread, you look amazing! I'd love to look like you!:)

I think I'm going to carry on with my workouts for now, put the scale away until the first saturday of march, aim to net 1750 but consume around 2000 calories, does that sound like too much for my activity level?
-
That's why I started doing bodyweight exercises, I mean its always been about the number on a scale for me but I read something somewhere and it made me think, no one knows how much you weigh but people will be able to tell when your bum is getting smaller lol. I've only just started doing bodyweight exercises, I think…
