Thak you all, my HRM is a good one (polar) but all HRM's have difficulty picking up my HR because my resting pulse rate is about 35-43, and it takes a alot to make it higher

I agree with both, you really need a set of weights for the CLX, though you can get away with the resistance band (it is tougher in my opinion)

I love them both Turbofire is more cardio, base on kickboxing, very like Billy Blanks Tae bo Chalean extreme is more weight lifting circuits - abit like Jillian Michaels but more positive and upbeat I am currently doing the Chalean extreme/turbofire hybrid programme to get the best of both worlds

I know that age and genetics play a large part, but loosing weight slowly, ensuring that what you eat is nutritious, weight training and applying firming creams can all help

The legs, bums and tums, should be fine as long as you modify and do low impact during the cardio bit, but lay off the step for a while as it is very taxing on the foot

Are you dehydrated, it measures electrical impedience, so if your water levels are low it will misread and raise the body fat reading
