I have never done this workout, but have many of the other beachbody programmes, such as P90x, Insanity, Rockin body, Hip hop abs, Les Mills Combat and turbofire, and find them very good well designed programmes, and no I am not a coach

I have done Chalean extreme and currently doing body revolution, there is not much between them workout wise, except Jillian does cardio days, but Chalean is more up beat and positive

That is a very good point, MFP sets me at 1,200 also but when I sync it with my body media band it normally adds between 500-800 extra calories. I eat between 1350-1550 kcals on weekdays, and have one day off a week

I have done turbofire and then the turbofire/Chalean extreme hybrid, and due to start Insanity when I finish this They are very effective, and motivating. I am boring people too

It does work, but you have to ensure you are getting enough sleep and eating more calories :drinker:

I had my tested at a university, and it again tok all day, but to their shock my BMR was 2346, I am 5ft 2 inch

My father worked in a similar business in the UK and used to disappear for months at an end, has he never given you a secure number to contact (with password) . Normally they give out no information just tell you he is safe

I started with turbofire, and agree it is fun, I weight 237lbs at the time, but it does start fairly easy and works up to it, because of joint problems I often used the modifications, and did worry until I found that the person doing the modified moves lost 50lb. I then moved to Chalean extreme/turbofire hybrid, too scared…
