Slim in 6 burn it up

Hey ladies I started doing slim in 6 and found start it up to easy. I moved up to ramp it up and I can manage it 
so I thought I'd have a nosey at burn it up ... WOW I had to keep stopping ever few mins pouring with sweat so I'll stick to the schedule of ramp it up first to eager I think lol
My question is has anyone used just ramp it up and burn it up and done well?
I'm not over weight but looking to tone up I'm 129lb and 5ft 6"
How quickly did you see results xx
