Slim in 6 burn it up

Hey ladies I started doing slim in 6 and found start it up to easy. I moved up to ramp it up and I can manage it :) so I thought I'd have a nosey at burn it up ... WOW I had to keep stopping ever few mins pouring with sweat so I'll stick to the schedule of ramp it up first :) to eager I think lol
My question is has anyone used just ramp it up and burn it up and done well?
I'm not over weight but looking to tone up :) I'm 129lb and 5ft 6"
