If you can find a New Balance store near you, they have a machine that analyzes your feet and then they custom fit the shoe to you depending on what you want to do. Be prepared to spend 250 or more though... :( I bought some at ****'s sporting goods and I'm having the same problem.

I work in the human services field where social workers notoriously work through lunch, take work home, and live off fast food. I went to the dr's and she told me I was pre-diabetic. Not enough for me to change. Went to OBGYN and she told me that I shouldn't have kids at this weight. Since I'm a newlywed and can't wait to…

The bottom line is, if the guy is that shallow to allow assumptions of what you are capable of or your personality he's not worth it. I say forget him and keep on looking. POF is filled with TONS of guys who are losers or are just looking for the hook up. There are also really great guys. Case in point, I met my husband on…

My first two -three weeks were just about education and holding myself accountable. I had to relearn how to eat. It's ok if you go over a little bit or if it takes you some time to figure out what is healthy and what isn't. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. You're changing habits to be healthier and stronger. When…

You should be proud of yourself for helping this woman. The greatest hero's are people who go beyond the ordinary without being asked and do extraordinary things. You are a hero.

Sure. Celery has really low calories and peanut butter is high in protein. Just watch out for the calories. I buy the Jiff peanut butter cups on the go. 250 calories for like 3 tablespoons worth. But really great for traveling and yummy with a cut up apple. Try fruit, pretzels, protein bars, and Kellogs had chips that you…

What are you doing on the weekend? Can you incorporate some more exercise in so you don't feel the effects of bingeing? [/quote] I get up early and go to my part time job cleaning my aunt's house. Usually there between 9 and 2. Head home to meet my husband who is getting home from the firehouse. Usually we end up changing…

I don't want to lay my head on a rock...i prefer a soft pillow.... My hubby is a tall, overweight type....typical middle age firefighter <3......but if he lost it all I'd still love him because he makes me laugh, makes me angry, makes me love, makes me see things differently and makes me a happy woman.

I was getting nauseous during and after I ate...went to my Doc and after a quick pregnancy test (negative thank goodness!) she determined that I probably injured my stomach lining with all the acidity junk food that I had been eating. She said sometimes it takes time to let your tummy heal and all the roughage I was…

What about dried cherries? I bought some when my husband had gout and they were soooo super sweet I could only eat a few. Had the consistency of gummy bears. Could be worth a shot.

I made one this morning and it was really easy. I tossed in 1 cup of Dole frozen strawberries, peaches, and bannana mix, and about 1 cup of 1% milk. I have the Ninja and it was so easy. It was actually quite a bit of smoothie and I ended up putting it in the fridge and taking hits from it whenever I got a little hungry as…

I love this topic. I've had Fibromyalgia since I was a kid (diagnosed at 8) and the worst part is the IBS! I thought that going from diarrhea to constipation until I told my doctor about it. I went twenty years with it until officially diagnosed this winter. I've been keeping a food diary to track what triggers the…
