I started adding some protein powder to my green smoothies, after a couple of days it started to make me sick. My stomach would hurt and I felt nauseous so I had to stop. I'm not a big sweet eater but I do like carbs. Just trying to figure it all out, it's tough. I guess you should listen to your body and see what it likes.

I read your post and I thought it I was reading mine. I'm 5'5, I started at 235, I've been doing this for 10 weeks BUT I've only lost 17 pounds....I'm still proud of my 17, it's blood, sweat and tears. What's your secret?

I've done the 17 day diet, lost like 10 pounds, the minute you eat sugar or some real carbs, the 10 pounds come back on and a few more! it sucks.......don't believe you can live on a diet very long..
