I'm so jealous. You have made so much progress. I keep going down a pound, up a pound, over and over again. Only 10 weeks and look what you've accomplished. Good for you; just wish I could say the same for me!0

I read your post and I thought it I was reading mine. I'm 5'5, I started at 235, I've been doing this for 10 weeks BUT I've only lost 17 pounds....I'm still proud of my 17, it's blood, sweat and tears. What's your secret?0

You mentioned you can't see results as much - may I make a suggestion? I know it's not something you might want to do, but try taking pictures in a bathingsuit, or even workout bra/shorts - black really hides, so you might not be noticing as quickly as you would if you wore something different for your pics

Girlfriend, you are looking so fabulous and your hard work/dedication is DEFINITELY showing. I see your entire upper body smaller! Your tummy is smaller, upper and lower back is slimmer, your arms are slimmer and your lower body looks like you're trimmer/more shapelier too.
I do so appreciate you posting pics, what you've been doing in this time frame--it helps me to get it threw my thick skull that it's going to take TIME and COMMITMENT. Keep it up honey and by springtime/summer...you'll be at your goal, I just know it!

if you are having a hard time seeing it you should start measuring inches... then you can see the numbers drop and its super motivating too0
