A low carb diet has worked for me. Do NOT eliminate carbs all together just lower the amount.

Alot of it is going to depend on your current weight and activity level. MFP has me set at 1670 calories to lose 2 lbs per week while my nutrionist has me 1480 calories to lose 2 lbs per week. I also workout 30-45 minutes per day 5 days a week. I rarely eat back my exercise calories and have had a pretty steady weightloss.

Good job! Keep up the good work.

I use it everyday for everything that has a readable bar code. Love it!

I've been eating about 1/2 of mine back and doing fine that way. With pcos our weightloss will be slower than others anyway.

Mostly health related. I'm pre-diabetic. I have pcos, and I don't want to be on medication for the rest of my life. But the biggest reason is that I want to be a mom.

Sites like this make you realize that you are not alone. I knew that there are alot of women that have pcos but never knew how to find that support system as no one in my family has it. Thanks for posting this thread and feel free to add me.

Great job! I hope I can get there. You have an amazing gym by the way.
