Kissing is something that helps me decide if a relationship is going to work out. If I don't get that "weak in the knees" feeling, I question chemistry.

Try one of the eBook readers that use Android OS. The Kobo one is awesome, and is relatively cheap (less than $200 here in Canada, so probably even less in the U.S.).

Running is the only cardio activity I have trouble with, and given that my knees also don't like it, it's not a big deal. I certainly was self conscious because I was so fat at the beginning. Still am a little, and rarely shower there (do it at home right away), so I'm not in tre very long.

People ask me that regularly. My answer is that I don't know what the number on the scale will eventually be, but I know what I want to look like. I've lowered my goal weight on MFP 3 times already.

Someone beat me to this! Do an hour of cardio... not only will you not think about food for that hour, but afterwards you can have a snack and feel no guilt at all. :)

Me too! It's on every day at 5pm here. I record it, and watch it every night with my dinner. I swear I have seen every episode 20 times. I was there 18 months ago, and wished they sold butter beer in bottles that you could take home. It was awesome!

I used to suffer from not being able to fall asleep because my mind was racing. Then I discovered melatonin a couple of years ago, and once I started using before bed, all has been perfect. I still wake up in the middle of the night once or twice most nights, but can instantly fall back asleep.

Mostly a techno geek here, but also love superheroes and Lord of the Rings (even have 5 LOTR themed tattoos on my left arm, with more to come).
