Thank you, but noooo. I still have a small belly and love handles to deal with. A few more months. :)

I usually have about 1,000 calories left after dinner, and snack once or twice in the evening (and still normally end each day with 400-500 calories remaining). Some evenings it is after 10pm that I have my 2nd evening snack. It seems to not have any affect on weight loss, as I have been doing it for 6 months and keep…

On Friday, my massage therapist told me that aspartame causes belly fat (I drink 3-4 cans of Coke Zero a day). The belly is the only area I have left to lose fat, and it seems like it's going slow, so I googled it. Read an article on livestrong.com that confirmed what she said. As painful as it will be, I'm going to give…

You look amazing. And so happy!

Oilers #1, Penguins #2. Only a month till training camp!

Sorta by choice and sorta sick of it. I ended a very unhealthy relationship 6 monts ago, after 3 1/2 years. Many times during that period I actually felt single, so I'm nearing the "sick of it" point. That said, I'm looking at myself as a work in progress for a few more months, so being single is ok for now.

Have logged in for 170 days in a row, and am down 74 lbs in just under 6 months. Started at 262, and currently at 188. Tracking what you eat and exercising is the easiest way to lose weight.

If you were closer, I would be! :)

Do it! "Hey (name), do you want to have dinner on Friday?"

This bugs me a little too. Although it is part of a long list of things that bug me about online dating!

Still single...

Since you're another guy, I'm choosing the Superman shield, lol.

Gorgeous

Interesting to see that it's an Irish Setter. My 9 year old nephew is 75 lbs, and I was joking at my sister's recently that I've lost a Christopher!

I use the MFP calculation for circuit training. It's a bit of an unknown to figure out without a heart rate monitor, but I'd say it's pretty close. :)
-
Use the machine. It knows your speed and weight combination (assuming you entered your weight when you started). The only machine I've come across that is close to accurate with the MFP calculations is the stair-climber; with everything else, MFP seems high in calories burned.

@Tina0807 The second pic, with the red tank top. Wow.

@Nikinyx6 The one on the beach is a hot picture.

Who doesn't like patio beers?! I'm on vacation this week, and will be at Joe Dog's more than once. :)

I work out every day, and more on the weekends. I find it impossible to sleep in, and the gym is quiet early weekend mornings. After that, at least one of the days I'll go for a long walk, a bike ride, or a hike. One bonus is that I eat very well on the weekends, lol.

I did the same... lost 170 lbs the same day I started MFP. :)

Booking a week in Costa Rica. I haven't been comfortable on a beach for 20 years.

This is brilliant. I will use this one. I usually try to be nice and respond with something like "I'll stop losing weight when I'm 100% happy with how I look". That's usually enough, but for certain people, I'm sure to use this!!

Tell ur sister Opee says sorry about her rib lol

Being happy being single at the moment, I REALLY like this thread.

40 and 1/2, and in the best shape of my life - and am working to be in the best shape I possibly can be.

Knew you were Canadian without having to look. Are the Americans all wondering what rye is? ;)
-
I keep a framed 5x7 of myself at my heaviest on my dresser - not kidding. Every morning I look at it, and get added motivation of why I chose my new lifestyle. :)

Hi, I'm Kyle. I'm 40, single, and live just outside of Toronto, Canada. I've been using MFP for 140 days, and am totally addicted to it. Not only the website and smartphone parts to track food & exercise, but also the social aspect of it. It makes it easier knowing there are friends, both real life and people from all over…

@gaspegirl: Definitely!
