Amazing story about not giving up!
This is such an amazing story. It helps show that with hard work and commitment, anything is possible. I watched this video and literally had goosebumps as I had a similar experience (osteoarthritis in my lower back and bad chronic pain - there's a link to my post about it in my profile). Don't ever give up. You can do…

Pants... NSV or NSF?
For 20 years, I wore baggy jeans and pants. They needed to be that way because of the waist, and my naturally large thighs and calves. My legs are now solid muscle, and I am comfortably in 34" waist pants (compared to 40" being tight in the waist a year ago), but have come up with a problem: I now need to choose straight…

Funny NSV

Work or browse MFP forums?
I got to work 45 mins ago. Had to respond to a couple of messages on here, and view some responses to another thread I started. Now I can't seem to get off of here and do any work. My guess is this is going to be a long day with zero work motivation, lol.

100 Days on MFP (face photos)
The change in my face is pretty remarkable... the first photo was taken January 28, and the second was taken May 26. Still 23 lbs to go, but wow do I ever feel better (physically and mentally). I wish I had discovered MFP a year earlier!!

A hello, and a question
I've been using MFP for 2 1/2 months now, and have had great success. I'm smart enough to know that tracking calories is effective, but never would have carried around a book from weight watchers or anything like that. Having it all on my iPhone has made such a huge difference, and I have managed to lose 50 lbs. in less…
