They will not let you join the Bodymedia site you have to look on the site to see where they are supported, many on Amazon have complained that it will not work where they live!, just saying check first :)

Just a not of caution, they only work in 4 countries, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and the UK, some models are not supported in these countries. I was very lucky that mine is supported in Australia, but Temple care who you are supposed to buy them through here in Australia said that the link - bluetooth one is not supported…

I would say chose moderate exercise as I thought I was light I was very wrong. Like I said I have the body media fit and my reading for last night was 2728 but I only ate 2049 way to big a deficite. You will be surprised by how much you are infact burning. Good luck Alli

Fruit Sugars I don't watch, and Carbs are good for you! well the slow release ones, like oatmeal, wholeweat bread and pasta, Yams., sweet potatoes and red in that order are good for you! stay away from the white stuff! cheers Alli

You should be eating above your BMR, Go to goals custom and enter 2112 for a 15% TDEE cut. make a not of exercise cals burnt in notes and add as 1 calorie, to keep your macros true, if you go under your bmr then eat back to above it :)) cheers Alli

It is a really cool gadget, I must say, syncs with the smart phones, so no more guess work, I found that the scooby calc also is in~line with my numbers from my bodymedia fit link. You kind of forget what you really do in a day, housework, shopping, ironing, cooking, it's all movement and you are burning calories!

In step 6 do a 15% cut and to lose weight does it give you 1872 ? if so eat this everyday do not eat back exercise cals unless it brings you below your bmr then eat to above your bmr :))

I upped them slowly from the 22 april took a diet break, then upped again on the 8th may, I have started to lift heavy too, and now net more than 300 more cals than I used to do, I make sure that my NET is above my BMR by 150-200 cals every day :) Good luck Alli
