I LOVE it! I am also a huge HATER of working out. I like walks/jogs with my headphones but I don't like actual "workouts". The whole reps stuff....BLECH. I think I may have to try it your way.

Every time I go to the department store, I always hold up the size I KNOW I'm in and the first thing that runs through my mind is, "this looks way too small for me." I went from 18W to a size 6 (almost 4). My daughter forces me to try it on and prove to me it will fit. lol I absolutely still see the short, fat girl.

I've never fibbed on mine. Not because I wasn't large, I just never thought about it. LOL I renewed my license a year ago and it says 182lbs....I weigh 128 lbs now. haha People see my license and say I'm going to get in trouble if I ever try and buy beer. haha I swear it's me!!! :laugh:

Agree with above. Take a break from "logging". Still pay attention to what you're eating...make good decisions, just don't WORRY about it. I had to do that recently because of some issues I've been having (pulled tooth and sinus perf...I hate dentists). I decided not to log my foods for two weeks and concentrate on healing…
