  • congrats! while many people struggle to lose 10lbs, you showed everyone that it's possible by going beyond. Good luck to you with your future goals!
  • You could try making an appointment with a nutritionist! I am not sure if you have one close to you but they can be very helpful when things just aren't working out the way you want. With me, my body seems to store any and all fat from cookies, ice cream etc. I do better if I eat leaner meats like chicken.
  • I have decided that when I reach my goal as well as small increments, I am going to buy my self something that I love and will feel great in! For my mini goal of 12lbs, I am going to purchase some new clothing items I haven't been able to wear as comfortable as I want!
