Well maybe you could just change eating healthier together. It can def. drive you nuts comparing yourself to others, but we all have done it at least once. My hubby just stopped drinking pop and it seemed like he lost 20 lbs. lol. Way to go on the weight so far!!

We cut out fast food and pop and did Insanity. I'm only 4'11 so I was pretty stoked. My waist went from 37 inches to 27. I'm ready to tone up now and build some muscles now!

Def. sucks with schedules, but we pretty much ended up working out everyday at 9:45pm. At least I was sleeping well!

The topic of black woman as far as weight goes often upsets me. Yes it's great to be confident in your curves, but when it comes to being like 5ft tall and 400lbs, I don't get it. I've done 3 rounds of Insanity and just always separated it with a week of core cardio & balance or a week of kettlebells!!

I love buying my own kernels and popping them with coconut oil and topping it off with a little sea salt and nutritional yeast.

Thanks! The weight def. did not fall off. It did take some hard work and figuring out my calories. You can work as hard as you want, but you def. have to eat right to get the belly down. I was getting to the point where I felt like i was pregnant or something.lol I started out at 135lbs

I love Insanity. I''m 4'11 and lost 16 pounds, 7inches off my waist and 2.5 inches off each thigh. I'm doing another program now and loving it.

I really love my arms too! At first when I started I could barely do five push-ups now I can do about 26 in a row!!
