I dont. When I do, I get a crease or a hive on my finger/palm after doing weights or circuit training. And I am always worried about dinging it up or losing it....

I got him lots of goodies this year since last year we werent financially able.... small gifts..... Cologne, 2 new hats, 2 new shirts, gloves, new DJing headphones, new running/gym NIKE sneakers.... And hopefully this week I can buy him some new gym shorts, sweats, and t-shirts :)

I go by..... trial and error. I've been counting now for 184 days straight and have gone weeks with changing my calories. I tried 1800 for awhile, 1500 for awhile, now Im at 1300. It's because not everyone is nice. Not everyone wants to just say " HI " and give you "positive critisizm" some people are rude and if you slip up once its the end of the world and nobody wants to hear it. People should focus on themselves and stop worrying about other people unless someone ASKS for advice.

I have lost 30 lbs since May without exercise. But with exercise you lose more, faster, and youll become more fit and energized ( I feel ) so I would make time. You are young, so I dont understand why you wouldnt have the time or energy. Good luck!

Do what works for you. Try it, if you are starving by the end of the day, eat. Currently my settings are at 1300 - but I fluctuate between 1100-1600 per day depending on how I feel. If I am hungry I eat. If I work out more, i eat back some calories. It all depends :) Good luck.

To stay full longer - try drinking water ALL the time; before, with, after a meal. If you are still hungry though just eating 1200 cals a day maybe you just arent EATING enough anyways. Try to increase it. Even if its just for today, eat more. Get in a good work out to burn it off if you feel guilty. But eat!

I will probably splurge for Turkey day and eat however much I want of anything I want... But since we are cooking and staying at home incorporate (as well as some traditional foods) some new, healthier, recipes just to have fun cooking and try something new.
