    I've tried other gadgets and apps, but it would seem MFP and fitbit are finally working for me! I really don't have much to loose only about 10 pounds, but it's always good to be reminded to keep active. And, if I don't watch myself, I could gain a lot of weight back (lost about 30 pounds in the past). So far, fitbit has been better than the bodymedia fit which I used and did nothing but gain weight! Anyway, glad to be on board with the fitbitters, and one thing I really like is the stairs feature. I can't consider myself done for the day until I do at least 30 stairs.

    I've had my Fitbit Ultra since October and LOVE it!! Depend on it. It's with me all the time!! Just got a second charger for my office computer. It really helps me move my butt and I love monitoring my sleep and progress weekly. Haven't lost any weight yet but feel like I have all the tools now to get to my health goals in 2013!!     I just bought myself a FitBit One and received it yesterday just in time for Christmas! I already synched it to my MFP account. I don't have any friends who use FitBit and MFP so if any of you are looking for new virtual friends to "train" with, my FitBit profile is http://www.fitbit.com/user/23YG8H.     How do I sync it to MFP? I have trouble getting the display to turn on - I hold the button down and nothing happens, usually.

    OK, can't find an "Edit" button, but I've found how to synchronise MFP & fitbit now, thanks

    I'm really considering taking the risk and getting the FitBit One but it's a lot of money to throw at it.. I know this is basically a thread for FitBit owners but I would love to here some honest opinions on it, Do you think it's helped you lose more weight and it's not just a gimmick?

    They look excellent but I'm unsure if to get one or not considering it's 80 quid.

    I got a Fitbit Ultra for Christmas, and today is my first full day using it!! I tracked my sleep last night and it's quite interesting to see the patterns!     I bought a FitBit Ultra after Thanksgiving. I chose the Ultra, because the reviews for the One mentioned the casing cracking/ falling apart soon after purchase. I read this several times, so it made me very leery. Love mine so far - and I think it was $20 cheaper...

    Honestly I really love it. I originally got the bodymedia Fit and I think it was overestimating my calories. I like the Fitbit much better and so far it works. When I have a deficit I see the weight loss at the scale. It can keep you honest if you are honest about your food intake.

    I've been using my FitBit One for about 2 weeks and I love it!! It integrates with MFP really well & it actually does push me to walk more! :smile:

    I cannot get mine to synch and it is no longer recording to the FitBit site either. I reloaded it last night and stil doesn't work = (

    Any ideas why mine decided I'd woken up at some time after 4am this morning? I thought I'd switched it off when I woke at 8.10am but it has other ideas. I know I wake up a lot of times almost every night - this was one of the reasons I chose this monitor, but I'm puzzled why it doesn't seem to be recording my sleep properly.
