I just completed my fitness test for the beginning of week three and I am so proud of myself! Sticking to a routine is so hard for me and I get so easily bored, but I am refusing to give up because I have already started to see some small results and this has been encouraging for me. Tonight after completing my fitness test I definitely feel totally renewed and ready to begin week three! These are my results from day one and week three.
Switch Kicks
63 - 76
Power Jacks
25 - 35
Power Knees
78 - 78
Power Jumps
10 - 22
Globe Jumps
5 - 7
Suicide Jumps
8 - 10
Push-up Jacks
4 - 15
Oblique Planks
6 -29
For the exercises that require jumping, I was so proud of myself because I did not modify them. I pushed through and completed them as is, I pushed myself hard and I can't believe the results I have already seen. I can't wait for the weight to start coming off

Thats superb, keep it up - I'm on Week 6 and feeling so much stronger. A bunch of us doing it together found that we actually put on weight and inches in the first month and its only starting to change now so dont get despondent if that happens, keep it up and you'll feel stronger in the meantime!0

I have read a quite a few comments from other posters who have said the same thing. I am keeping track of my measurements and taking photos as well, but staying away from the scale. Keep up the excellent work and good luck!0
