OHH Thank you! You wonderful person you!

Unfortunately not, it's not from the bulk bins. It's just in a plastic container by the bakery. :(

Thank you very much. I have also not been drinking enough water, which is probably what is adding to me retaining it. Quite a few things I need to tweak, but thank you all for the input!

And muscle growth is not slow for me. You cannot generalize someone just because they have a vagina. Ugh.

I really have no clue why you think I'm starving myself...I am not, I am aware what not eating does to one's body..I don't know where you got any of this from. I simply state that we tend to under eat rather than over eat, which while I know neither is good to do, I mentioned this to show I am keeping track of my calories…

Thank you all, I have taken advice and adjusted my goals so I have a realistic caloric intake for my body weight, and I will go out today and buy a proper food scale. Now I have adjusted to about 1600 calories a day, which is much more manageable. Gracias. P.S. I am asking for advice, but I hate taking it. lol

Thank you for the encouraging post. I have started counting my calories today, whereas I didn't before. So I am going to do that this week and see how it goes. The problem is, MFP wants me to eat around 1400 calories a day, which is not realistic for someone with my amount of body fat, which is why I hate counting…

Thanks for the input, I am actually gaining muscle in my legs though, I literally feel muscles becoming defined where they were not as hard or strong before. I build muscle super easy when I apply myself. But yes, it is super hard!

I made this: It's 2.5 cups spinach, 1 banana, 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, 4 tbsp chocolate protein powder... Altogether its 437 calories. It's my second meal of the day. It looks funky but tastes like chocolate and bananas... mmm!

Ah I see. I did body weight sets.

That's fabulous! Congrats!

This is absolutely terrifying. Pretty sure I've been starving myself though. So let me see if I have this right. I am 5"4, 250-252 lbs (weight fluctuates) and I consider myself moderately active NOW. In the past I was completely sedentary. I do zumba for 45 minutes for 4-5x per week, and began doing Yoga 3x per week. This…

Do you and the author live in 1785? lol seriously. I suppose we should sleep in separate beds than our significant others and make sure dinner is on the table by five, oh and make sure to sew **** and Jane's sweaters for the sock hop.

Are you kidding me right now? I can't even express how disappointed I am to call myself a fellow woman along side you - this is ridiculous. All that grunting is unfeminine? Are you serious? I wasn't aware there was a feminine rule book. I better read up on it because I'm sure all that farting I've done after Yoga makes me…

That's why you start lifting - even small amounts count

lol - it'll get easier! Good job.

Oh I am sooo in! I usually do Zumba 4 days a week for at least 45 minutes each - I accept your challenge!

fo sho. *extreme white girl voice*

I know I should just weigh myself once a week - but I always give in. Sometimes I weigh myself twice a day - but it ranges from like 4 pounds more or less a day. Is that normal weight fluctuations? And yeah, I'm going to start measuring myself - because even though my scale is bipolar, I have gone down a pants size. W00t.

People have been using this http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/ calculator as a great tool. Then I added zumba as an exercise and put down how many calories I burned for how long, and now it keeps that formula and I just keep using that one in my exercise diary. People who have heart rate monitors say its…

I love Zumba. After you do it the first time or so, you will get the moves down and its a lot easier. Just make sure no one is around the first time you do it! :p I need to get the Exhilerate set - I'm using the older ones and they are getting ollllld and annoying. I think Berto might be on crack. Like, seriously.

Hi there! I just recently began as well. I'm not doing herbalife, I'm just doing a 30 day Zumba challenge. I think a great motivator is having a buddy system - and doing something that will keep you consistent (obviously, duh me!) The reason I'm doing the Zumba challenge is because hours after working out I felt the…

LOL! I believe so my dear .

I did the 3 mile Walk Away The Pounds. It was fun, but the instructor is waaaaaaaaay too perky. She needs to switch to decafe.
