NROL4W Workout Confusion
Ok guys, I need some help. I went through some other forum posts that were helpful in the early stages of the workout - but the sheets that are listed as workouts 1, workouts 2, etc. - when do I incorporate those workouts? I'm very frustrated and confused.

Cardio vs Strength on MFP
Why doesn't MFP count calories burned doing strength exercises? I just logged in 50 squats and it doesn't count them as burned calories?

awesome 109 calorie snack - filling, healthy!
So last night I was starving so I rummaged through the fridge and made this: I consider this two servings. This 218 calories. 8 ounces diced up chicken, I marinated it in a garlic and herb mix, then stuffed it into a bell pepper. Simple, but amazing.

Exercise side effects
So, I'm ashamed to say that the last month and a half is the only time in my life I have been consistently working out - and now I cannot stop sweating and I am hot allllllll the time. Zumba activate
OMG. I just finished the zumba exhilarate - activate dvd. RIDICULOUS. It is so much more fun and upbeat than the older workouts that I was doing. I just did 45 minutes and I am sweating like I have never before. It was so much more fun than anything else. Seriously!

Don't trust my scale
Well one minute my scale says I weigh 251 - then I weigh 248, then 255. So should I just be keeping track of my measurements instead?

Total Excuse Maker
Hi guys. I have been registered on here for a year, but as you can see I'm a huge excuse maker! Anyways, I'm back in full force. Right now I'm doing the 30 day Zumba challenge and I can barely move.
