1/1/20 211.4 pounds 29/1/2020 = 205.4 Total January Loss = -6 pounds :) 3/2/2020 = 204.8 pounds = 0.6 loss 10/2/2020 = 204 pounds = 0.8 loss 17/2/2020 = 204 pounds = 0.0 loss No loss this week and so far only 1.4pounds for the month. Hope next week is better and it is only because i have increased exercise......

So my total weight loss for January was 6 pounds. Happy with this as this was mainly diet only. Plan for February is to add an exercise program and fingers crossed to loose 4 pounds. Congratulations to all who have lost weight or dress sizes this month. For those that have not lost please keep going..

I have always found with my hypothroidism that diet is good but exercise is the key to weight loss for me.

I have always managed to lose weight with Hashimotos though exercise, I can starve myself or eat greenery til the cows come home but no exercise = no weight loss....

My husband has just booked a cruise for my big 50th birthday in Novemeber, exactly 41 weeks away. So this is more incentive than ever to lose 1 pound a week..........:)

Thanks, I have usually eaten normally but upped the exercise, which works for me short term but not long term, this time i am trying the diet first, then increase exercise. :)

Hi, yes i have regained the weight i lost 2 years ago and would like to be 50lb lighter for my 50th birthday. Plan to start with getting my diet under control this month then improve exercise next month. So far 2lb loss...... :)

Well i must say this is the first time in years where i have worked night shift and not eaten something i shouldnt. Felt good to be in some control. Good Morning all, I live in Tasmania Australia, so not sure if this puts me behind or in front of you all time wise? :smile: My eating plan for January 2020, is to cut down on carbs and increase my protein. Will post official start weight tommorrow. Hope everyone has a happy new year :smiley:

Hi all, I have been a member off and on for a few years now and loose weight then gain again, this is my heaviest at 211 pds and now its time before my 50th in November. Can wait to see everyone's progress and get some hints and tips along the way. Love the weekly weigh in idea.
