Every pound gone is a plus, don't get discouraged if the progress is slow.

    Starting weight: 272 (1-1-20)

Goal wt 220: ohhh that would be freaking awesome bro

    2/10: 266.0
2/12: 266.6 Hoping to drop a couple this next week.
2/19: 266.9 Been kind of off track the last few days. Time to reboot and get after it.
2/26: 267,6 I have really struggled this month after a great January but that's ok, it just makes me more determined to get back on track.
    3/4:

    Weight lost YTD: -5

This week's successes: Average daily steps have been on goal 8000 per day.
This week's challenges : Eat healthy, be more carb conscious, log log log

I still hope to be down 8 lbs March 1st

I would like to join this challenge. I have been at my goal weight a couple of times in the past and know how good it feels. As I get older (57), it is getting harder to do the things I need to do to lose and maintain the lower weight. I am looking forward to reaching my goal again this year. Let's do this!

    Starting weight: 177.6 (January 1, 2020)
    Goal weight: 130.0
Current weight: 166.0 (Friday, March 6th)
    This week's weight gain: .4 :(

    Total weight lost: 11.6 lbs
    This week's successes:
This week's challenges: Finally caught my husband's cold that he has been fighting for 2 months. Feel like crap!

    Weigh-in day - Friday

@motheroftwins95 Welcome! I started this challenge in 2016 at 57 also. It can be done.
