i just started to. just finished day 2. i am sore all over girl. i find that doing it has helped the soreness.. (watch tomorrow i will be to sore to do it).. lol

i hope you see this she is soooooooo right i am on day two of the shred and OMG i cant walk up and down stairs harldy or sit down or stand up without screaming ... haha do what she says.

thank you. I am proud of those pounds.. lol and thanks for the tips. I got a 5lb weight ball ( going to start out small) and do squats). also do you think leg exercises with the resistance tube would help as well.

i love zumba it is really fun. i think everyone should try it atleast once.

thanks nacy for the help. i know my 15 pounds where so easy to lose since starting mfp. and that is a good idea. i am 168 now and want to be 120-125, so we have the same goal. lol

see same problem.. lol i know what you mean.. Jillian Michaels also has a few other dvds i want to try. I got the 30ds. she also has ripped in 30, no more trouble, yoga meltdown, and another one but i cant remember the name. everyone praises those dvds and i cant wait to try them all.

hopefully.. and thanks. I am starting working out a little to early in the game. My baby is only 5 weeks but i feel so down during the day if i dont workout at all. maybe i need to find some not so streanuous (spell??) workouts so i wont feel like that.

hopefully that happens to me. I know it wont i will probably be so sore after i do it.. My hubby is deployed to kuwait and he does it for a good while every morning. forwards and backwards.. He says you can really feel it. lol

No im not but wanted to try it atleast.. during my c-section i had a severe allergic reaction to the antibiotic and they had to give me 2 epi pins and with the meds that are in it. they said i couldnt breastfeed that it might harm the baby.

I am having the same problem. I can not get away from diet pop. it calls to me everytime i see it. i love it. I drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day and one soda that has been working for me. But water has completley bloated me. I am going to cut my pop down to a half a glass then to none. since i have got away from…

I have never considered myself at all a runner. I can barley run for a mintue. I have really short legs (4'11) but i am trying out the c25k thing here soon and I hope it works for me. you can google it. it really helps when you first start running and i have heard nothing but good things from it.

I think 5 pounds is fantastic. Maybe you need to eat all of your calories to keep your metabolism running good.
