If you dont have time to go to the gym with a new baby thats understandable. I dont either I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old so i get it. i like the jillian michaels workouts , insanity, and the zumba dvds... right after my 10 month old was born i did zumba and in ate healthy and clean , I lost 50 pounds in 5 months..…

Hello Ladies.. Im 4'11 and i currently weigh 161. I am 20 years old. I have two boys that are 3 and 10 months. After having two c-sections and a belly pouch and Im ready to be around 120-125.. A few pounds on my makes a big difference.. feel free to add me ... id really like the support as well.

What they consider as good sugar is fruits/ veggies things like that.. and bad sugars are pop, candy and all that..

no i not logging in my foods yet.. and i am drinking diet coke.. so no sugar , just artificial. and like i have a really good reciepe that i love for Berry 'Nana Oatmeal Parfiats.. and its only 100 cals but 21g of sugar. thats the type of stuff im asking about.

My goal is to be 125 now i am 161.. as of right now the only sugar that i am taking in is from fruits and stuff like that... and coca-cola.

im 4'11 and my starting weight on here was 183 now im 155. but i had started losing weight after i had my son in january and i was 198, im in the same boat as you kinda. im just ready to get to 120.... if you need someon to talk to add me on here..

You helped a lot actually. that is a good idea. i always watch a movie or show before i go to bed and it relaxes me a lot. i also need to start drinking herbal teas. i lvoe the sleepy time tea ( not sure if i can have it) .... I mean a lot of things that has stressed me out and that are not very pleasent. I keep a food journal on here and a regualar fitness/food diary on paper as well. it has been really hard to get back on track. i started my new workout and diet plan for the work and i had a reg. pop today and not to proud of myself for that…

i have a pair of running shoes i use they are nikes not sure what kind but i hate them.. i want to try the zumba shoes though.. but im not going to lie.. lol i love love love nike air forces for zumba. they are amazing..

i have had two c-sections and am in the same spot. but i asked my doctor about it and he said it will never fully go away.. but im going to try like you know what to get it to go away.. lol but im trying backwards crunches and stuff.

are you doing squats in your workouts. because i have noticed when i first started working out i was do squats in my zumba routines and i wasnt doing them right and after i figuredi t out my back or neck never hurt again.
