I'm starting at the gym soon and I have a little plan organised but I'm looking for people who are close to my age (20) and height (5ft 3) and similar kinda weight (I'm currently 133lbs)
Pretty much I'm planning on doing measurements and getting my BF% calculated and such and I want a group of friends that are in a similar boat.. Or even better if you have before/after shots to help motivate.. Would also be appreciated.
I'm sick of this journey taking so long, I've been the same weight/size for about 3 months now and I wanna change!!

I'm 5'4 at 135. Have you ever thought that maybe it's not the weight that matters, but how your body looks? Weight lifting will help change how your body looks and will get your bf% down.0

Heh. I don't know if I count for young anymore. I'm starting to feel old.
I'm 5'1 and 127.0 -
I'm kind-of young! But definitely short! 26 years old, 5'1" and 114lbs
Trying to drop a few lbs, as I use to be 108, and definitely TONE UP!0 -

Lol same, I'm nowhere near 20 anymore. However I'm 5'3 and about 138 pounds, and concentrating mainly on strength training and getting my body fay down rather than losing weight (if that makes sense).0 -
I'm 23, 5'1" and 112 (started @ 130). I don't have a gym, but I'm running four days a week and doing weights at home. I started taking progress pics when I started last year and it was a pretty good motivator (until a huge workload got in the way of my fitness goals). I used to take a pic every Monday morning, and I'm going to start again, now that I'm working out again and I've recommitted. It's pretty neat to see the transformation.0

Yep, right there with you...I'm turning 27 in a couple months! eek!
Any of your short ladies, feel free to add me!0 -
Well I'm not so fussed on you all being young, I just thought it would make for more accurate comparisons due to metabolism etc.
And thank you all for the adds.. Keep them coming!0
